Through this website, BARBELL STUDIO, SL offers sports products and accessories, which are governed by the following general conditions.

They have been prepared taking into account Law 34/2002, on Services of the Information Society and Electronic Commerce, Law 7/1988 on General Contracting Conditions, Royal Legislative Decree 1/2000 approving the Text Recast of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users (TRLGDCU), as well as the European Regulation for the Protection of Personal Data (REGULATION (EU) 2016/679 OF THE EUROPEAN PARLIAMENT AND OF THE COUNCIL of April 27, 2016), and Organic Law 3/2018, of December 5, regarding the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and the free circulation of these data and which repeals Directive 95/46/CE ( General Regulation of Protection of Personal Data and guarantee of digital rights).

The owner of the page may modify the content of the website and these conditions when deemed necessary, so it is recommended to consult them with each access to the website.

In the same way, BARBELL STUDIO, SL reserves the right to add or stop offering access to certain products when it deems necessary, so these general conditions will govern the products that are offered at any time.

The price of our products is the one shown in each one of them and includes VAT (not transport taxes, which are detailed in each order according to the type of product, destination and delivery method).

The means of payment that we accept are the following: Paypal, Apple Pay, Google Pay and credit or debit card.



The delivery time will depend on the product purchased, but it will always be done on working days.

We can deliver orders to the entire Spanish territory, including the Canary Islands and the Balearic Islands. If the destination address is elsewhere, please contact us to manage the shipment.

For the delivery of the product to be possible, it is necessary that we have been provided with the exact data to carry them out: full name, address, email and telephone number where we can locate you, since we will use it to contact you and fix the day and time of delivery.

We try to ensure that the order arrives as soon as possible, within the established period, but in the exceptional case that there is a delay, we will notify you immediately by email .

In the event that the order includes several items of different availability, the delivery time will be the one that corresponds to the longest. In any case, from BARBELL STUDIO, SL we will be able to break down the order and deliver, in a first shipment, the available items and, in later ones, those not available. This second shipment would have no additional costs.

Undelivered packages.

The carrier will try to deliver your purchase to the address indicated when placing the order. If you are not available at the time of delivery, the carrier will leave a notice on your door advising you of the delivery attempt, or will try to make a new delivery appointment. In the event of another failed delivery, the package will be available to pick up at the carrier's office or delegation.

If it is finally impossible to deliver the order, it will be returned to our warehouse. In this case, you will receive an email informing you of the refund amount, which will include the amount of the product and the taxes applied, and that we will credit your debit, credit or gift card used for the purchase. From this amount, we will deduct the corresponding shipping and return costs .

All you have to do is click on the one that interests you the most to get to the items we offer in each category.

To know the details of the product, click on the image. Thus, a new screen will appear where its specific characteristics are explained.

If you have found the product you want to buy, click on the yellow button on this screen that says "add to cart".

You can then process the purchase of the item, or leave it added to the shopping cart and continue browsing the web to look for other products.


If you finally decide to buy the product(s) in the basket, we will ask for your name, surname and email address.

Then you will complete the information regarding the address and shipping method, as well as the means of payment, through the corresponding forms.

You will finally see an ORDER SUMMARY in which you can verify that it is really the one you wanted.

With all this, all you need to do is read and accept these GENERAL CONDITIONS OF SALE, as well as the PRIVACY POLICY.


In addition to the order file that you can obtain through the page, you will receive an email with the details of the operation.

Unless proven otherwise, the proof of these operations will be given by the data collected by the Web, which will file the electronic document in which the contract is formalized, to which you will have the right to access.

The contract will have been formalized in Spanish and, if you notice any error in it, you have 24 hours to notify us of the rectification by email at



Unless we indicate otherwise, we have stock of the products offered through the web. However, in the exceptional case of choosing a product that we did not have, you would receive an email informing you of this and, where appropriate, the possibility of changing it for another or acquiring it later.

All this without prejudice to the fact that you can resolve the sale, in which case we will refund the amounts paid.

If you have ordered several items and one of them is not available, we will inform you immediately, in addition to reimbursing the amounts that, if applicable, you have paid.

The order will only refer to the available products.


If upon receiving the order you notice that it is not complete or that it has suffered any damage, indicate this when signing the delivery note and notify us immediately, within a maximum of 24 hours.

To do this, fill out the return form that we will have sent you with the order invoice and, together with a photograph of the product, send it to us at .

If we consider the claim justified, we would change the item and send you a new one, although any other claim could be filed at the same address.


BARBELL STUDIO, SL is responsible for any lack of conformity that is manifested within a period of THREE (3) years from the delivery (which shall be understood to have been made on the day that appears on the invoice or purchase receipt, or on the delivery note if this out back).

The term for the exercise of this action prescribes 5 years after the lack of conformity was manifested.

You can notify us of the lack of conformity in the email indicating contact information, date of purchase, name of the defective product.

To assess whether or not to bring the goods into conformity, we will study all the concurrent circumstances, especially the value that the goods would have if there had been no lack of conformity and the relevance of the lack of conformity; and this guarantee will not apply when the lack of conformity is due to accidents, incorrect use of the device or negligence.

In the event that the repair or replacement of the product is necessary, we guarantee that it will always be free of charge and that it will be carried out within a reasonable period of time.


The term for the return of the products is 14 calendar days from the receipt of the goods. In the event that the order includes several items, and you had received them separately, the term would begin to count with the receipt of the last one.

It is not necessary to justify the return, but it will suffice that you notify us unequivocally within that period of 14 days and, then, within another period of 14 days, proceed to return the products -whose shipping costs will be borne by from your account-, including its original packaging, instructions and other documents or elements that may be included in your package to avoid depreciation of the product.

We will understand that you have exercised the right of withdrawal when you have sent the aforementioned communication within the indicated period.

Once the right of withdrawal has been correctly exercised, we will refund all the payments you have made -minus the delivery costs of the first shipment- on the credit, debit or gift card used to make the purchase. We may withhold the refund until we have received the product, or until you present proof of its return, depending on which condition is met first.

Cases in which there is no right of withdrawal:

The return of the products does not allow you to use the items and then return them: you are only allowed to test and inspect the items as you would in a physical store. This is minimal manipulation.

Thus, if we are talking about the same manipulations and inspections that would be allowed in a store, it must be done with the utmost care. For example, a product can be opened, unsealing but without breaking the product packaging that is strictly necessary to be able to verify that it works. Therefore, the wrapping and packaging of the product must always be in perfect condition .

There will also be no withdrawal for hygiene reasons in products whose use requires it (for example, mouthguards, unless they have not been removed from the package), underpants, socks or that are digital content (for example, ebooks) and have already been downloaded.
