Probably some address information is wrong or they have tried to deliver it. If you have received the email with the tracking number, it is best to talk to the shipping company and tell them your tracking because they probably have it. Depending on the shipping method selected, express or standard. Express shipping takes 24/48 hours to arrive. Standard shipping takes 72 hours. Keep in mind that the cut-off time is 12:00 and that Saturdays and Sundays are holidays.
You have to send the order or product you want to return to the address of our logistics center, which is Carrer la Costera, 39, 46970 Alaquàs, Valencia. We recommend making the return with the same bag that the order comes in, since each bag has the code order and makes the process easier. The return must always be done by speaking beforehand with the email firstname.lastname@example.org so that they can check if it is within the date and that everything related to packaging is present.
