RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL:
The term for the return of the products is 14 calendar days counting from the receipt of the good. In the event that the order includes several items, and you had received them separately, the term would begin to count with the receipt of the last one.
It is not necessary to justify the return, it will suffice to tell us communicate unequivocally within that 14-day period and then, in another 14-day period, proceed to the return of the products - whose shipping costs would be borne by you -, including their original packaging, instructions and other documents or elements that your package may include to avoid depreciation of the product.
We will understand that you have exercised the right of withdrawal when you have sent the aforementioned communication within the indicated period.
Once the right of withdrawal has been correctly exercised, we will refund all the payments you have made -minus the delivery costs of the first shipment- on the credit, debit or gift card used to make the purchase. We may withhold the refund until we have received the product, or until you present proof of its return, depending on which condition is met first.

Cases in which there is no right of withdrawal:
The return of the products does not allow you to use the items and then return them: you are only allowed to test and inspect the items as you would in a physical store. This is minimal manipulation.
Thus, if we are talking about the same manipulations and inspections that would be allowed in a store, it must be done with the utmost care. For example, a product can be opened, unsealing but without breaking the product packaging that is strictly necessary to be able to verify that it works. Therefore, the Product wrapping and packaging must always be in perfect condition .
There will also be no withdrawal for hygiene reasons in products whose use requires it (for example, mouthguards, unless they have not been removed from the package), underpants, socks or that are digital content (for example, ebooks) and have already been downloaded.

HOW TO CARRY OUT A RETURN:

Items must be delivered in the same condition as purchased . All items must always be in perfect condition , with the shipping bag provided by pbsapparel, as it contains an internal order identification code. If not, pbsapparel may not refund the money for the damaged product.
In the event that our logistics center confirms the arrival of the product, we will contact the customer via email ( email@example.com ) and we will refund the amount of the product , less the shipping cost (from the post office to the logistics scepter) €6.40 for shipments to the peninsula and €14.27 for shipments to the Canary Islands.
